We are pleased to be able to offer Chronic Pain Management Services at NorWest Community Health Centres in partnership with St. Joseph’s Care Group. Clients are invited to actively participate in their care with a focus on maintaining or improving their ability to function in all aspects of their life—physical, psychological, behavioural, recreational, and vocational. The chronic pain management team works collaboratively with clients and their primary health care provider.
