DESCRIPTION:This workshop is designed for people living with chronic or rare diseases. Living with an illness can be stressful. Experiencing stress is a normal part of everyday life\, but people living with a chronic or rare disease often experience more stress than they would in everyday life. One step towards building health literacy is understanding how you experience stress and learning some ways to manage it \nIn this workshop\, you will: \n\nLearn what stress is and what it feels like\nExplore how stress is related to chronic or rare diseases\nLearn strategies for coping with stress\n\nLight snacks and refreshments will be served! \nNOTE: November 23 is VIRTUAL ONLY.
