Our interactive sessions cover a wide range of essential topics\, including: \n\nTechniques to deal with problems such as frustration\, fatigue\, pain\, and isolation\nAppropriate exercise for maintaining and improving strength\, flexibility\, and endurance\nNutrition advice and how to improve your diet\nEffective communication skills with your family\, friends\, and healthcare team\nHow to evaluate new treatments and understand your medications\n\nIf you refer another participant to the workshop and they attend at least 4/6 sessions\, you will receive a $10.00 referral bonus. \nAlthough it is NOT required for you to commit to all 6 sessions\, it is highly recommended in order to receive the full learning experience.
