NorWest CHCs is a community health centre that focuses on primary health care, prevention and health promotion; providing care to individuals within the community of Thunder Bay and District.

Board member responsibilities include:
- Attending monthly board meetings (9 per year)
- Participation in board committee work
- Acting in accordance with our policy governance model.
- Interest in the health and well-being of our communities
- A willingness to participate fully in the activities of the Board
- Diverse skills, perspectives, and lived experiences.
Term: Three (3) - Two (2) year terms
