The Diabetes Self-Management Program is a six-week workshop that empowers individuals with diabetes to take control of their health. In weekly sessions lasting 2.5 hours each, the program helps participants learn practical skills for managing blood sugar, diet, and physical activity to live a healthier life. This workshop series is being held VIRTUALLY.
