Please be advised of NorWest CHC’s Walk In Clinic – Thunder Bay Site changes effective May, 13, 2024. Walk In Clinic services are available to clients of NorWest CHC and those with no Physician or Nurse Practitioner at another location. Services are free with a valid Ontario Health Card. Our clinic in Thunder Bay is one of few open on Saturday and Sunday.

Please note: These clinics are not for medical emergencies. Anyone with a life-threatening illness or injury should go directly to the closest emergency department or call 911. 

We provide care for:

• Coughs, cold, fever, sinus Infections

• Sore throats

• Ear aches

• Diarrhea

• Rashes

• Sexually transmitted infections

• Pregnancy services

• Urinary tract infections

• Wounds / Suture removals

• Medication refills (non-controlled)
