Thunder Bay Site Volunteer Opportunities
“Thereoke” (Music Therapy/Karaoke Club)
Volunteer will lead a group of clients through a session of karaoke for up to 1.5 hours
Wayfinder
Situated in the reception area of NorWest CHC, volunteer provides clients with information about upcoming events, activities, programs, direction within NorWest CHC and booking appointments online
Digital Skills for Seniors
Volunteer will lead a lesson once a week around computers, smartphone usage, and using the internet safely
Kakabeka Site Volunteer Opportunities
Fly the Coop Indoor or Outdoor Walking Group
Volunteer will lead a group of clients through an indoor or outdoor walking group in the Kakabeka area
Hybrid Virtual Yoga
Volunteer provides clients with an inperson yoga class that can also be attended virtually
Multi-Generational History-Tea, Games & Crafts
Volunteer will run a multi-generational afternoon filled with crafts, games and tea for Kakabeka Falls, Neebing, O’Connor, Kaministiqua, Gillies Shebandowan, Nolalu and Upsala community members
