Social Prescribing

Residents can expect:
- Weekly activities and programs onsite
- Food supports such as: The Good Food Box, Market Greens, Roots Community Programs, RFDA and food banks
- Referrals to: smoking cessation, diabetes health, chronic disease management programs/services, and counselling
- Cultural Care referrals: Sharing Circle, Spiritual Care
- Transportation support for medical appointments
