Longlac Services
The Longlac Site of NorWest Community Health Centres (NorWest CHC) provides primary health care to the residents of Longlac as well as Caramat, Long Lake #58 First Nation, Ginoogaming First Nation, and other nearby residents. Services are provided to registered clients of NorWest CHC in both English and French, including:
Services including the Walk-In Clinic are available to rostered clients of NorWest Community Health Centres. All services (except the Walk-In Clinic) are by appointment only.
Blood Pressure Clinic
Registered nurses at the Longlac site will hold Blood Pressure screening clinics and drop in times to check in and follow up with your blood pressure

Diabetes Programs
Eye checks, blood glucose screening and education in Longlac and Geraldton and Footcare.
The diabetes the team is available to assist with pre diabetes, type 2 diabetes, pregnancy and diabetes and diabetes prevention programs for all ages.
Lab services
Held every Monday and Wednesday from 8 AM to 1130 AM by appointment.

Senior Programs
Healthy eating and exercise programs for older adults are held at the Longlac centre and in the community of Longlac where seniors gather, posted programs both during the day and evening are available to clients.

Local & Immediate Care
The nurse and nurse practitioner will see clients on a first-come, first-served basis. No appointment is necessary and you do not need to be a client of NorWest Community Health Centres. Services are free with a valid Ontario Health Card.
