Foria Clinic, the most recent service of PurposeMed, has been at the forefront of advancing gender-affirming healthcare, and our collaboration aims to build upon their expertise and NorWest CHC’s commitment to excellence in healthcare delivery. Together, we will welcome and ensure a smooth transition of care for individuals in Northwestern Ontario who are seeking gender affirming services.

This collaboration brings together the strengths of NorWest CHC, Foria Clinic and Dr. Doiron’s expertise to provide a comprehensive range of gender-affirming care services, including hormone therapy, mental health support, and surgical assessments. Our integrated approach will prioritize the well-being of clients, fostering a supportive and inclusive environment for everyone in need of gender-affirming care.
