Brief Action Planning Workshop (2 sessions)

This workshop provides training in fundamental concepts from the health literacy universal precautions and teaches core skills including how to use resources, plain language, teach-back, and ask-offer-ask.

• This is a half-day workshop that has been split into two days. You must attend both sessions for the complete training.
• Breakfast is being provided for both days.

This workshop is targeted to front-line clinicians, providers, or staff who work one-on-one with clients.
