About the Group: Caregiving can be meaningful and rewarding, but it can also be scary, stressful, and distressing. NorWest CHC is excited to provide an EMDR group for caregivers to help address distressing memories, experiences, and symptoms connected to their caregiving experiences.

This EMDR Integrative Group Treatment for Ongoing Traumatic Stress is different from a traditional talk therapy group, support group, or informational group – you will be processing your own experiences individually within a group setting without needing to share the details of your experiences with the group.’
